We can offer a full design service on ventilation systems for your new property. This can include intermittent fans and ducting, positive input ventilation (PIV), Central Mechanical Ventilation (MEV), De-centralised Mechanical Ventilation (DMEV), and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR).

We work with all the leading manufacturers that get specified, or we can specify a suitable system if none is specified.
We have three teams of qualified installers who are experienced in installing all types of ducting systems (rigid, semi-rigid etc).

RESTORATION AND RENOVATION OF VENTILATION SYSTEMS WITHIN EXISTING PROPERTIES

We can offer a ventilation solution to suit all existing properties. As we renovate older properties and make them more and more airtight, many properties become affected by running condensation on windows and walls, damp and musty odours, black mould on walls or fabrics, and general poor air quality causing health issues.

This is generally because we do not ventilate as well as insulate. Condensation is the cause of all the above problems, and is a common symptom of modernised more energy efficient houses.
