We are NICEIC and BPEC accredited domestic ventilation engineers. This means our engineers are trained to a standard that complies with building regulations Part F and exceeds NHBC guidelines.

After approximately 30 years of working in the ventilation industry for various companies, Mark Phillips decided to branch out with his own company which was incorporated in 2017. We now employ 3 teams of installers/engineers, who have many years of experience in the industry.

Total Air Quality Ltd work with all the major MVHR manufacturers including Airflow, Vent Axia, Zehnder, Greenwood, NuAire, Vectaire, and Titon.

This means that any problems you may encounter with your MVHR or MEV system we offer a reliable speedy and cost -effective solution.

We understand the importance of air quality and the effect poor air can have on our lives. We will therefore provide a solution to any ventilation and condensation problem, with good customer service.

Mark Phillips – Director

Mark has worked in the ventilation industry since 1984. He is a qualified SAP assessor, and can offer expertise and advice on all ventilation systems from planning to installation, and continuous service of your system.

Janet Phillips – Business Manager

Janet runs the office side of the business, and is quite often the first point of contact.

James Ferguson – Contracts Manager

James has been installing ventilation systems for over 6 years and is recognised to be one of the best fitters in the business.
